This Privacy Policy describes how Camelot 3PL Software, Inc. (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal data in connection with its Warehouse Management System (WMS) software and related services (the "Services").

We are a business-to-business (B2B) software provider. Our primary users are business customers (e.g., 3rd Party Logistics Providers and Distributors) who utilize our Services to manage their logistics and warehouse operations. In providing these Services, we may process personal data on behalf of our customers. The data we handle typically belongs to their end-consumers (the "Data Subjects").

This policy is designed to inform both our customers and the Data Subjects about our data handling practices.

1. Information We Collect

    We may collect the following types of information:

  1. Data from Our Business Customers (Company Users): This is the personal data of individuals who are employees or representatives of our business customers. This data is collected to provide and manage our Services.
    • Contact Information: Names, job titles, email addresses, phone

    • Access Information: Remote Access and password information to assist clients with Updates and Database Maintenance activities, and Special Project assistance.

Data Processed on Behalf of Our Customers (End-Consumer Data within Excalibur): This is the private data of end-consumers that our customers upload or integrate into Excalibur WMS to fulfill Excalibur acts as a "data processor" in this context, handling the data according to our customers’ instructions and our contractual agreement.
    • Shipping & Order Information: Names, shipping and billing addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses.
    • Order Details: Information about the products ordered, including SKU numbers, quantities, and order history.
    • Return Information: Data related to product returns, including names, addresses, and return

We do not collect or process sensitive financial information (such as account numbers or credit card numbers) from end-consumers. This information is handled by our customers' payment processors prior to order data being imported into Excalibur WMS. If you are planning to allow the storage of Personal Identifiable Information (PII) in Excalibur, additional consultation may be required to review proper Data Retention, Classification and Security. Camelot and Microsoft provides tools and infrastructure, but data classification and compliance is the responsibility of the User. Camelot disclaims liability for misclassification or misuse of sensitive data.

2. How We Use Your Information

    We use the information we collect to:
